Willie Floyd Harrison

Greenwood, SC- Willie Floyd Harrison, 53, of 107 Harrison Alley, transitioned from earth to heaven on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Self Regional Healthcare. Born in Lincolnton, Georgia he is the son of James Harrison Sr., and Dorothy Copper Harrison. He was a member of Zion Chapel A.M.E. Church in McCormick, and he is preceded in death by five uncles and five aunts.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, James Harrison Sr., and Dorothy Cooper Harrison both of Greenwood, SC; three children, Kimiyah Harrison, Omar Harrison, and Floyda’Ja Harrison all of Greenwood, SC; two brothers, Daniel Harrison, and James “Bug” Harrison Jr. both of Greenwood, SC; three cousins which were raised in the home, Eartha (Samantha) Harrison of Columbia, SC, Eddie (Andrea) Harrison Jr. of Greenwood, SC, and the late Nathan Harrison; six grandchildren, JaParis, Ja’Kiyah, Rian, Noah, Jalani, and Neon; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 12 Noon on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Zion Chapel A.M.E. Church, conducted by Rev. Melody Morton. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2024, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Please be mindful and practice social distancing and wear a mask.
