William Larry Rice

Greenwood, SC- William Larry Rice, 71, of 1602 Evans Pond Road, husband of Vivian Walker Rice departed this walk of life on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Born in Greenwood County, South Carolina, he is the son of Catherine Morton Rice and the late Surlester Rice. He was a member of Macedonia C.M.E. Church.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of “48” years, Vivian Rice of the home; one son, Larry (Jessica) Rice of Hodges, SC; two daughters, Consuello D. Rice (Tumark Anty) of Greenwood, SC and Constance Rice (Reginald Ryans) of Greer, SC; two brothers, Timothy Rice of Greenwood, SC and Donald Lee Rice, Sr. of Hodges, SC; two sisters, Donnie Marie Belcher of Cokesbury, SC and Linda Moore of Georgia; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Coronaca, conducted by Reverend J. Allen Aiken, Rev. Janet Corley, Presiding. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2024, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Online condolences may be sent to robson@nctv.com.
