Wallace Nathaniel Brownlee Jr.

Ware Shoals, SC- Wallace Nathaniel Brownlee Jr., 68, of 8 Circle Street, husband of Teresa Wright Brownlee, transitioned from earth to heaven on, Sunday, September 7, 2025, at MUSC Healthcare of Charleston, South Carolina. Born in Abbeville, South Carolina, he is the son of Wallace Brownlee Sr. and the late JoAnn Baskin Brownlee.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of “17” years, Teresa Brownlee of the home; his father, Wallace Brownlee Sr. of Abbeville, SC; three daughters, Tiffany Brownlee of Gray Court, SC, LaToya Devlin of Virginia, and Jasmine Wright of Piedmont, SC; three brothers, William (Cathy) Brownlee of Greenwood, SC, Rev. James (Beverly) Brownlee of Ware Shoals, SC, and Odell (Debbie) Brownlee of Belton, SC; one sister, Dorothy Brownlee of Anderson, SC; Eight Grandchildren, one grandchild, Brooklyn Wright who was reared in the home; his mother-in-law, Carrie Wright of Promised Land, SC; three brother-in-law’s, Barry (Ursela) Wright of Promised Land, SC, Vandel (Dorothy) Wright of Greenwood, SC, and Sherman Wright of Promised Land, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Flat Rock A.M.E Church, conducted by Rev. James Brownlee. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 1:00 P.M. Viewing will be from 1-6 P.M. Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Robinson & Son Mortuary, Inc. The family will be at the home.
