On Monday March 30, 2026, we all experienced an incredible loss. It was the Monday before Easter Sunday, two days before his beloved Mother's birthday. We lost a Husband, a father, a brother, nephew, uncle, cousin and a beloved friend. On that day the Lord called home the beautiful soul we all love, Tyrique Dequan Adams at the gentle age of forty years old.
Tyrique Dequan Adams was born to Late Sallie Robinson and Edward Adams on September 27, 1985, at Booth Memorial Hospital in Queens NY.
Ty always worked hard to provide for his family. He was determined to succeed in life, later returning to school to pursue a higher education in cyber security, which he was doing very well at. He always had an entrepreneurial mindset and started a clothing line called Don Rique and helped his wife with her catering business. They had so many goals and dreams that was unfortunately cut short when Ty became ill. In his last days Tovia gave all that anyone could ever ask for in supporting, loving and caring for him. It was beautiful to behold how Tovia and Ty gave each other peace, comfort and above all love and understanding. Thank you Tovia for taking care of Ty during his last days.
Ty has left us with so many great memories. Let's hold onto them forever. Those memories live on within each of us. For all who knew Tyrique there was one thing for certain that we can all agree upon and that is that Tyrique loved his friends and his entire family with a passion. As his spirit ascends to the heavens and leaves his earthly form behind to be with the Lord rest assured that Tyrique Dequan Adams will live on within each one of us for all eternity. May his soul rest in peace and may God bless him with eternal life. Until we meet again little brother may you rest in peace.
Remaining to cherish Tyrique's loving memories are his wife Tovia Adams, his children
Jaylen Adams, Taniya Adams, Ambreia Hamilton, Kelsey Saxon, and his grandson Kashton.
