Regina Renee Dowtin

Greenwood, SC- Regina Renee Dowtin, 56, of 228 Hardwood Loop, gained her angel wings on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at her home. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, she is the daughter of Timothy “Tim” Hackett and the late Betty Jean Dowtin.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Xavier Dowtin of the home; her father, Timothy “Tim” Hackett of Greenwood, SC; three brothers, Daryl (Mary) Dowtin of Florida, Ryan Dowtin of Georgia, and Stoyva Dowtin of Greenville, SC; three grandchildren, Zailyn Dowtin, Camryn Dowtin, and Khalil Dowtin; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Services will be 12 Noon on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Troy Bethel A.M.E. Church, conducted by Rev. Jennifer Brown. Burial will follow at the Evening Star Cemetery. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m., Friday, September 20, 2024, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Online condolences may be sent to robson@nctv.com.
