Michelle Etrulia Waymyers, widow of Chapel Bernard Waymayers, of 9210 Leanor Dr., Charlotte, NC, departed this walk of life on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Atrium Healthcare in Charlotte, NC. Born in Greenwood, SC, she was the daughter of the late Wade Hackett and Eva Warren.
She was a graduate of Greenwood High School and attended Woodland Presbyterian Church in Charlotte. She was formerly a member of Crossroad Baptist Church in the Promised Land Community.
She leaves to cherish her memories: two sons, Johnathan Warren of the home and Trayvon Waymyers of the home; two sisters, Marlo (Charles) Hackett Callahan of Greenwood and Sandra Christopher of Greenwood; her godmother, Rebecca Kennedy; close friends of over 40 years, Tammy Hentz Middleton and Reginald Murray; one stepson, Chapel Waymyers, Jr.; her mother-in-law Louise Wallace, of Charlotte, N.C. and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Crossroad Baptist Church in the Promised Land Community with Pastor Larry Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Robinson & Son Mortuary.
