Mary “Noonie” Robin Brown Williams, 71, of 215 Jacob Street, wife of John Williams, gained her angel wings on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Sam Robinson, and the late Janie Bell “Emma” Brown. She was of the Baptist faith.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband, John Williams of the home; one son, Manvel Brown of the home; a half-brother, Sammie Robinson of Greenwood, SC; four sisters, Patricia Prince and Mamie Frazier, both of Greenwood, SC, and Sara (George) Lark, and Julie Griffin, both of Ninety Six, SC; two grandchildren, one which was reared in the home, Midrevius Brown; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Services will be 1 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Chapel of Robinson & Son Mortuary, Inc, conducted by Rev. Annette Edwards. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Online condolences may be sent to robson@nctv.com.
