Lula Annette Norman Palmore, 69, of 120 Norman Road, gained her angel wings on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Abbeville Nursing Home. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late George Norman Jr., and the late Mae Frances Williams Norman. She attended Old Field Bethel A.M.E. Church.
She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Tyrone Norman of the home; four brothers, George (Betty) Norman III of, Waterloo, S.C., James (Frances) Norman, Brad (Lisa) Norman and Rev. William (Rev. Vanessa) Norman, all of Greenwood; two sisters, Alfredia (Lewis) Freeman of Greenville, and Tonya Norman of Greenwood; three grandchildren, two reared in the home, Tyrique & Tyrhein Norman; two great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church PLEAD Center, conducted by Rev. Annette Edwards. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc.
