Joseph McClinton Thomas

Ninety Six, SC- Joseph McClinton Thomas, 68, of 124 Panther Drive, husband of Teresa Thomas, transitioned from earth to heaven on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at his home. Born in Greenwood County, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Benson Thomas and the late Alice Lite Thomas. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church where he was a Trustee and a member of the male choir and Mass Choir. He is preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Benson Thomas.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of “43” years, Teresa Thomas of the home; one son, Brandon (Rachel) Thomas of Greenwood, SC; three god Children, Jerry Thomas, Jarrett Thomas, and Miles Welch; two sisters, Alfreda (Terry) Lark and Barbara (Earl) Welch both of Ninety Six, SC; a sister in law, Cathy Thomas; two grandchildren, Tyson Joseph Thomas and Emalyn Noel Thomas both of Greenwood,SC; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 12 Noon on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. William Booker. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Online condolences may be sent to robson@nctv.com.
