John Benjamin Brunson Jr

John Benjamin Brunson Jr., 65, of 1251 Mathis Road, Apt. 1, husband of Mary Brunson, departed this walk of life on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at his home. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina,he was the son of the late John Benjamin Brunson Sr., and the late Lillie Pearl Brunson. He was a member of Vaughnville Baptist Church, and received his Associates Degree in Automotive from Piedmont Technical College. He is preceded in death by a son, DeAnté Holiday, and a sister, Lillie Ruth Gilbert.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of “41” of years, Mary Holiday Brunson  of the home; one daughter, Keyyatta Brunson of Laurens; one sister, Louise Brunson of Greenwood; five grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at the chapel of Robinson & Son Mortuary Inc., conducted by Bishop Emmanuel Spearman. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Monday, January 2, 2023, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc.
