Jena Ann Ladd

Greenwood, SC- Jena Ann Ladd, 78, of 1234 Ninety Six Highway, departed this walk of life on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at her home. Born in Americus, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Doss Ladd Jr. and the late Jessie Belle Barner Ladd. She was a member of Big Bethel Missionary Baptist Church located in Georgia. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Ladd Sr. and Ray Gene Ladd Sr., one sister, Loretta Daniels, and one grandchild, DeAndre Laster.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Dwayne (Avis) Laster of Ninety Six, SC; one sister, Shirley (Johnny) Johnson of Rochester, NY; one grandchild, Dwayne Laster Jr. of the home; a brother-in-law, Felder Daniels of Americus, GA; one uncle, Calvin Barner of Americus, GA;  and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Services will be 2:00 P.M on Friday, July18, 2025, at the Chapel of Robinson & Son Mortuary, Inc., conducted by Rev. Joseph R. Caldwell. Burial will follow in the Evening Star Cemetery. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Online condolences may be sent to robson@nctv.com.
