Harry Hawes

Greenwood, SC- Harry Hawes, 61, of 927 Taggart Street, departed this walk of life on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Self Regional Healthcare. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, he is the son of Betty Hawes Williams.  He is preceded in death by a sister, Venus Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Betty Hawes Williams of the home; three sons, Vincent (Stephanie) Coleman, Keldrick Carter, and Latavious Keon Carter all of Greenwood; one daughter, Latorsha Morgan of Greenwood; six brothers, Ricky Hawes, Donnie Hawes, Barry Hawes, Robert Hawes, Larry Hawes, Alexander Walter Williams Junior Hawes lll all of Greenwood; one sister, Delder Williams of Greenwood; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at the Chapel of Robinson and Son Mortuary Inc., conducted by Elder Derrick Scott. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Please be mindful and practice social distancing and wear a mask.
