Grace Ann Childs

Greenwood, SC- Grace Ann Childs, 63, of 235 Florida Avenue, transitioned from earth to heaven on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Hospice House of Hospice and palliative Care of the Piedmont. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Rose Mary Griffin. She was reared in the home of Fred and Annie Mae Anty.

 She leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Shitisha Pope of Greenwood, SC; one brother, Shun Griffin of Greenwood, SC; one sister, Mary Ann Saxon of Greenwood, SC; one grandchild; one great grandchild and a loving niece, Melissa Danielle Brooks of Greenwood; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the Chapel of Robinson & Son Mortuary, Inc, conducted by Rev. Christopher Thomas. There will be “No Public Viewing”. The family is at the home of her daughter, 501 Haltiwanger Road Apt. G-1, the home of the deceased, 235 Florida Avenue, Apt. 26, and the home of her sister, 902 Magnolia Drive.
