Garrett Lee Chinn

Greenwood, SC- Garrett Lee Chinn, 57, of 1047 Bypass 25 Northeast, husband of Guanticha Bennett Chinn, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 4, 2024, at St. Francis Downtown. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, he is the son of Clifford Chinn, and the late Ida Lucy Mack Chinn.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Guanticha Chinn of the home; his father, Clifford Chinn of Greenwood, SC; five sons, Garrett Patterson, Germarian Patterson, Demarcus Williams, Trevis Logan, and Rakevious Patterson all of Greenwood, SC; five daughters, Makelia Patterson, Shaquelia Patterson, Shalonda (Nate) Thompson, Makia Bennett, and Tieisha Parks all of Greenwood, SC three brothers, Earl Mack Sr. of Bel-Air, MD, Jerry Chinn and Jasper Chinn both of Greenwood, SC; two sisters, Ida Parks, and Crystal Chinn both of Greenwood, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church- Plead Center, Officiating will be Rev. Craig Myers. Burial will follow at Oakbrook Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Online condolences may be sent to robson@nctv.com.
