Earnestine Bowie Jamerson

Earnestine Bowie Jamerson 75, wife of Harvey Jamerson ascended to heaven on Monday September 30, 2024, at Core well Health Beaumont Troy Hospital in Troy, MI. She was the daughter of the late Booker T Bowie Sr. and Mattie Gaskins Bowie. She joined Pine Grove AME Church, Callison at an early age and joined Leviticus Baptist Church after relocating to Detroit, MI.

She was preceded in death by her brothers H.W., Curtis, Booker T. Jr., and Willie Bowie. Sisters Rosetta Bowie, Bennie Mae Bowie and Kreamer Watts.

She leaves to cherish her memories a son, Daryl (Lorna) Bowie of Troy, MI and one granddaughter Artemis Dunklin of Troy, MI. Her sisters Emma (Curtis) Robinson of Greenwood, Mattie (Leroy) Richardson of New York, NY and Frances (William) Melby of Washington, DC and a host of nieces, nephews, and family members to savor her memories.
