Charles Fisher

Greenwood, SC- Charles Fisher, 70, of 402 Whitehall Road, husband of Cathy Pearson Fisher, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at Self Regional Healthcare. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Lewis Fisher and the late Nannie Rebecca Mathis Fisher. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church where he served as a Trustee, he was a musician, a member of Brotherhood. He is preceded in death by his grandson Diondre Fisher.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving of “20” years Cathy Fisher of the home; two sons Charles Winston (Tamika) Fisher of Columbia, SC, and James Jones Jr. of Ninety Six, SC; six daughters, Yolandé Renee (Broderick) Anderson of Columbia, SC, Tashema S. Waldrop (Daquarius) of Ninety Six, SC, Gwendolyn Peterson of Greenville, SC, Atavia Ward and Jamaya Jones (Douglas) Turner both of Greenwood, SC, and Danisha (Nathaniel) Lyons of Ninety Six, SC; twenty-one grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Little River Multicultural Complex, Officiating Archbishop Emanuel Spearman and Presiding Rev. Dana Tillman. Burial will follow at Oakbrook Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2024, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc.
