Calvin Lamont Parker Jr.

Ware Shoals, SC- Calvin Lamont Parker Jr., 17, of 1091 Parkland Place Road, who had his life taken away from him to soon, on Saturday, May 11, 2024. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, he is the son of Tasheka Gary, and the late Calvin Parker. He was a student at Greenwood High School, and a member of Bailey Bethel A.M.E. Church.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Tasheka Gary of the home; one son, Kaizir Lamont Parker; two brothers, King Aiken and Legend Simmons both of Greenwood, SC; three sisters, Jamashia Williams, A’persha Reidout, and Kabella Aiken all of Greenwood, SC; three uncles, Terry Gary, Antonio Gary, and Weldon Williams; one aunt, Jacquetta Gary; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Bailey Bethel A.M.E. Church, conducted by Bishop Emmanuel Spearman. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. There will be no public Viewing.
