Bionca S. “Pie” Tennant, 32, of 7510 McCormick Highway, Troy, South Carolina, departed this life on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. Born in Greenwood, she was the daughter of Richard L. Bryant and Janie Mae Tennant Creswell.
Bionca was employed with TD Bank and will be remembered for her loving spirit and the joy she brought to those around her.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Janie Mae (Sam) Tennant Creswell of the home; her father, Richard L. (Minister Sheila) Bryant of Greenwood; her bonus father, Earl Dorn, Jr.; her maternal grandmother, Janie Quarles Tennant; one brother, James Smith, Jr.; two sisters, Shakedia S. Tennant and Meyatae Goode; Step-Sisters, Tatanaisha Williams and Annetta Williams; her godchildren, Ava and Jamarion Garrett; Godmother, Lottie Bishop, a special aunt, Evangelist Earline Tennant; a special uncle, Kenny Tennant; a special friend, Douglas Lomax; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the W.S. Mims Center in McCormick, with Reverend Adam E. Bryant, Sr., Pastor of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Overbrook Cemetery. Public viewing will be held from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Robinson & Son Mortuary. The family is at the home of her mother, 7510 McCormick Highway, Troy, South Carolina, and also at the home of her father, 207 Gary Court, Greenwood.
