Betty Ann Callaham, “Bigbaby”, 56, of Greenwood, S.C., entered eternal rest on March 18, 2026, after fighting a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
Born on February 20, 1970, Betty Ann was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend whose strength and presence held her family together. She was truly the glue that kept everyone together, the steady rock so many leaned on.
Betty Ann dedicated her life to hard work and caring for family. She was employed in hospitality at Self Regional Healthcare and worked at Dollar General, where she built lasting friendships and touched the lives of many. Known for her tireless work ethic, she often worked multiple jobs, giving her all from morning until night to provide for those she loved. After the discovery of her illness, she clung to the strength and comfort from her faith in Jesus, reading inspirational devotionals and continuing her passion for journaling.
She was a woman of honesty, never one to sugarcoat the truth, but always speaking from a place of love. Her “tough love” was a reflection of her care and unwavering loyalty. The love she gave and the legacy she leaves behind will continue to live on in all who knew her.
She is survived by her four daughters: Pig Callaham, Dhug Callaham, Delaysha Davis, and Derrica Davis; thirteen grandchildren: Fatboy Callaham, Charles Callaham, and Neak Callaham; Dakeavious Middleton; Jai and Jay Watson; Kentrevious Williams, Tytravious Callaham, and Keyden Barr; Antonio, Jayden, and Aayden Williams; and Konstance Butler; two great-grandchildren: KK and Miracle; and her husband, Derrick Davis.
She also leaves to cherish her memories her beloved cousins: Claude Callaham, Deb Moore, Iris Moore, Stan Moore, and Leslie Laymon; her sister-in-love, Amy Cromer; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
Betty Ann was preceded in death by her personal hero, her mother, Alberta Callaham; her father, Charles Moore; and her brother, David Callaham.
Her presence, her voice, and her unwavering support will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
