Benny Lee Garrett

Greenwood, SC- Benny Lee Garrett, 75, of 425 Siloam Church Road, husband of Belinda Parks Garrett, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Self Regional Healthcare. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, he was the son of the late George Garrett Sr., and the late Pearlena Wideman Garrett and Homer (Meatball) Strong. He was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Camille Va’nae Parks and Brennay Quentaria Garrett, two brothers, George “Bo” Garrett, Jr., and Sonny Williams; and one sister, Katherine “Kitty” Belcher.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Belinda of the home; four sons, Brennon (Jeanette) Garrett, Quenton (Phaedra) Garrett, Chadd (Charlene) Garrett, and Travis (Joyce) Parks; four daughters, Malinda (Emory) Brown, Shatoya Parks, Latoya Parks, and April (Rodney) Norman; one sister, Linda Garrett, twenty-six grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, nephews, nieces, and friends to mourn his passing.

A private funeral service will be held, with entombment following at Oakbrook Memorial Park.
