Troy, SC- Annie Bell Perrin, 102, of 7502 McCormick Highway, widow of Robert Thomas Perrin, gained her angel wings on Friday, December 13, 2024, at her home. Born in McCormick County, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Williams Bibbs and the late Jannie Bell Dowtin Taggart. She was a member of Troy Bethel A.M.E. Church where she was the mother of the church. She is preceded in death by one son, James Thomas Perrin, one daughter, Robbie Mae Perrin Lyons; four grandchildren; three sons-in-law, Louis Lyons, George Williams, and Clarence Jabber; and three daughters-in-law, Janie M. Perrin, Karen Perrin, and Georgia M. Perrin.
She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons, Charles Edward Perrin of McCormick, SC and Larry Odell Perrin of Greenwood, SC; seven daughters, Peggy Jane Williams of Greenwood, SC, Carolyn Ann Perrin of Troy, SC, Jacquelyn Elaine Perrin of Greenwood, SC, Joyce Jabber of Ninety Six, SC, Susan (Thomas Lee) P. Wideman of McCormick SC, Deloris Irvin of Greenwood, SC, and Tangѐ (David Jr.) Lomax of Abbeville, SC; eight grandchildren which were reared in the home, Sentrena Perrin Ford, Dennis Perrin, Vincent Perrin, Tiffany Rogers, Marcus Robinson, Jai Jabber, Travis Chapman, and Tempest Jewel Norman; one great grandchild, who was reared in the home, Ka’mya Ann Chapman; thirty grandchildren; sixty-four great grandchildren; thirty-four great great grandchildren; four great great great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Services will be 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Troy Bethel A.M.E. Church, conducted by Rev. Andren Jones. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc. Online condolences may be sent to robson@nctv.com.
