Akeem Rashon Chisholm

Greenwood, SC- Akeem Rashon Chisholm, 31, of 407 Lanham Street, departed this walk of life at Wellstar MCG Hospital. Born in Hackensack, New Jersey he is the son of David Chisholm and Leeonna Jennings Chisholm. He is preceded in death by two brothers from another mother, Tyrese Adams and Audric Jackson Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, David Chisholm and Leeonna Chisholm of the home; two daughters, Abbi’yana Chisholm of Greenwood, SC and A’Keianna Chisholm of Abbeville, SC; five brothers, Maurice Chisholm, Jaquan Chisholm, James Chisholm, and Mark Chisholm all of Greenwood, SC and David Chisholm of Spartanburg, SC; three sisters, Shameeka Jennings, Shakera Jennings, Tanisha Chisholm all of Greenwood, SC; one nephew, Ja'mere Williams; two nieces, Jor'daeja Jordan and Jih-nayja Jones; two favorite cousins, Clyron Williams of New Jersey and Na’Quetta Watson; his brothers from another mother, Phillip Frazier, Anthony Smith, Ravon BoBo, Quake Neely, Christopher Johnson, and Z’Kobe Elmore; one sister-in-law, Bria Chisholm (Williams); and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at Pine Grove A.M.E. Church in Hodges, SC, conducted by Rev. Gregory E. Singleton. Burial will follow in Zion Chapel A.M.E Church Cemetery in McCormick. Viewing will be from 1-6 p.m. Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Robinson and Son Mortuary, Inc.
